    "So I can tell you why I left where I was to work BASE.. I love that BASE is about the girls and is pretty much fair and the same across the board for all directors. Another huge thing is BASE is like a family everyone willing to help everyone and always having someone there to ask questions or run ideas by. We all work together to make base a great place to play. Other sanctions I've seen where thy try to undercut own directors in same sanction cause they want all the teams. BASE is about the kids and we just want the girls to play no matter if it is my tournament or another directors as long as girls have great environment to play in. The communication is great with BASE. I feel no matter who I needed to contact I could no problem."

    Also lower costs to throw tournaments. Low sanctioning fees (which BASE does well at).
